Ingredients
- 12-15 heirloom carrots
- 2 Tbsp. Creamed Wildflower Honey CREAMED Wildflower Honey
- 2 Tbsp oilve oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Arrange heirloom carrots in oven-proof dish
- Coat carrots with olive oil. Note: overcrowd carrots but don’t overlap
- Baste carrots with vinegar
- Spread honey atop carrots
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until carrots are golden brown
