Ingredients

  • 12-15 heirloom carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. Creamed Wildflower Honey CREAMED Wildflower Honey
  • 2 Tbsp oilve oil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Arrange heirloom carrots in oven-proof dish
  3. Coat carrots with olive oil.  Note: overcrowd carrots but don’t overlap
  4. Baste carrots with vinegar
  5. Spread honey atop carrots
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until carrots are golden brown
