Matcha is an edible form of green tea that's been enjoyed in China and Japan for hundreds of years. The leaves are stone ground into a powder and are far stronger than regular tea, so a little can go a long way. Matcha and honey can help boost immune systems and may lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and other wellness benefits associated with green tea.

Our matcha is sourced directly from Japan.  The tea is shade-grown in the Shizuoka Prefecture (between Kyoto and Tokyo).
